Embroidered patches use thicker threads stitched onto a twill backing, creating a classic 3D raised texture. Woven patches use thinner threads woven tightly together, allowing for continuous flat surfaces and much finer detail, smaller text, and sharp lines.

A merrowed border is a heavy overlock stitched edge recommended for standard shapes (circles, squares, ovals). A laser-cut border is a smooth, sealed edge cut precisely to match complex, custom-die shapes.

Chenille patches feature a soft, fuzzy yarn loop texture traditionally used for letterman varsity jackets, streetwear fashion apparel, sports team logos, and retro fashion branding.

For embroidered patches, text should be at least 3mm to 4mm high to remain legible. If your artwork contains text smaller than 3mm or intricate fine lines, we recommend choosing woven or printed patches.

Bullion patches are luxury hand-stitched emblems crafted using metallic gold and silver wire thread on felt backgrounds. They are widely used by blazer clubs, maritime organizations, military honor guards, and official crests.

Our minimum order quantity starts at 20 to 100 pieces per design, depending on the patch style, dimensions, and chosen backing.

Preheat a household iron or heat press to 150°C–160°C. Place the patch on the fabric, cover it with a thin pressing cloth, and press firmly for 15 to 20 seconds. Flip the garment inside out and press the back for another 15 seconds to set the adhesive.

While iron-on adhesives are durable, adding a few simple anchor stitches around the border guarantees the patch remains permanently attached through high-temperature machine washing and tumble drying.

We accept vector formats such as AI, EPS, SVG PDF, or EPS. High-resolution PNG or JPEG files (300 DPI) are also accepted, and our artwork team will digitize your design into a embroidery stitch map.
